Presence, Passion and Purpose: The Heart of Relational Organisational Gestalt (ROG)
These are difficult times to be a relational practitioner; the suffering and collapse we witness makes it hard to sustain and protect our self, our clients and our energy. Yet for many of us called to this work, the ethics and values enshrined in our approach seem ever more necessary and vital.
This workshop offers space for you to get “up close and personal” with the beating heart of ROG: to explore what sustains you in the work, why it matters and what inhabiting the spirit of ROG means to you and others in the community.
Structure: This four-day workshop invites practitioners to explore both the foundations and the lived practice of ROG. It is open to practitioners who already have experience of ROG, as well as those who are newer to the approach.
Designed for coaches, OD consultants, facilitators and leaders/managers the workshop focuses on strengthening relational awareness and developing use-of-self in organisational work.
Through experiential learning, reflection, and dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Gain greater awareness of their presence as practitioners, and how their use of self can support meaningful work in organisations
- Deepen their understanding of what a relational approach means in practice when working with individuals, teams and organisations, and how this shapes presence, passion, and purpose at work
- Learn within a community of Gestalt practitioners, sharing insights, experimenting together, and supporting one another’s development
This workshop offers a reflective and practical space to deepen your relational practice, reconnect with your purpose in organisational work, and strengthen your capacity to facilitate emergence and contact.
