Relational Change Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Places for our workshops, webinars and Certificate and/or Diploma programmes are limited and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Before confirming your booking, please take a moment to read them carefully. By booking your place, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply between you and Relational Change (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Cancellations and Refunds

1- If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing as soon as possible at the following email address: mandy@relationalchange.org

• Cancellations received up to one month before the start date will be fully refunded, minus any non-refundable deposit specified when booking.
• Cancellations received with less than one month notice will be fully chargeable.
• A full refund will be made if the event is cancelled due to insufficient bookings.

2- All views expressed by speakers during our events are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Relational Change. We accept no responsibility or liability for any such views.

3- All event bookings are nominal, non-transferable and are valid for attending at the scheduled date and time. Unless specifically advertised, our webinars are not available to view after the live webinar event has ended.

4- We reserve the right to amend event programmes where reasonably necessary.
